The humble Tattman has landed at Electric Skin Designs!  Jay as we know him has been in the tattoo biz for the last 20 years. He is a portrait artist who loves the black and grey side of his art. His color work is awesome but he has taken to the black n grey. He has put his ink down in studios from Missouri to Maine. And he does guest spots all over.
